LUMINOUS DARKNESS – Choreography by Darren C. McIntyre
Luminous darkness is the concept of embracing the unknown and the shadow aspects of life as a source of insight, healing, and transformation.
Traditionally, darkness is seen as simply the absence of light. However, luminous darkness reimagines this perspective, instead presenting darkness as a space of potential, depth, and revelation. Darkness—whether in life, nature, or consciousness—provides profound opportunities for both personal and collective growth. It allows individuals to face uncertainty, grief, fear, and other difficult emotions with curiosity rather than judgment.
